The International Society on Hypospadias and Disorders of Sex Development was established in January 1999. It aims to promote a better understanding of congenital genito-urinary anomalies, focusing on hypospadias and disorders of sex development, through a world-wide collaboration of scientists, surgeons, physicians, psychologists, patients and their families. The society is an international platform for interdisciplinary dialogue for specialists with all interested parties.
